- Faulty Item / incorrect item received
We offer a a 14 day refund / free replacement guarantee on garments that do not meet our quality standards. If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. Refer our refunds policy page for details
- Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 10-12 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues, especially in to the current pandemic. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

- Wrong size received
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.
However, as each item is custom printed, we cannot offer refunds or free replacements if you ordered the wrong size by mistake.
We highly recommend you take a detailed look at the sizing chart displayed in each product page before placing your order. Also note that different companies have different definitions of S,M,L, XL etc. We hence recommend you to look at the measurements in inches as well.
- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
We send orders to our production facilities within 1 hour of receiving the order. Hence, we are unable to cancel orders post 1 hour from the time of order.
-Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Facebook and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!
-Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide. However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, we are only shipping within the US for now, and a few international locations on a case to case basis. In case you are a customer outside the US, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order, to check whether deliveries cane be made to your location
-How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 7-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
-May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: email@example.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will try our best to change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer.
