Refund / Free replacement
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products by using high standard raw materials and modern printing methods. As a commitment to our goal of delivering great value to our customers, we offer a 14 day refund / free replacement guarantee on garments that do not meet our quality standards
However, because each order is custom printed specific to the order, we can offer refunds / replacements only in the following cases
- Printing error: the design printed is different from the item ordered
- Quality issues: Garment and / or design are damaged on receipt
- Missing garments: one or more garments are missing from the order.
- Wrong size received: Size of the garment received is different from size ordered.
How to request for an replacement or refund
If the item delivered to you is faulty for the reasons mentioned above, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a couple of pictures of the faulty item, showing us the exact defect at email@example.com, within 14 days of receiving of the order
In the event reshipping the item is not possible for us, we will issue a full refund.
We recommend you inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.
However, as each item is custom printed, we cannot offer refunds or free reshipments if you ordered the wrong size by mistake.
We highly recommend you take a detailed look at the sizing chart displayed in each product page before placing your order. Also note that different companies have different definitions of S,M,L, XL etc. We hence recommend you to look at the measurements in inches as well. Ordered by mistake / changed my mind
We send orders to our production facilities within 1 hour of receiving the order. Hence, we are unable to cancel orders post 1 hour from the time of order.
